My series Building The Business Of You isn't simply about building your own business - it's about learning how to seize the opportunities that will help you gain autonomy, flexibility and financial security.

Here's what we'll cover. The course consists of 4 modules:
Module 1
Setting Up For Success


You'll learn the fundamentals of how to create a vision for yourself, as well as the importance of setting goals and how to ensure they're achievable. We'll also look at understanding your primary product, the value of professionalism from the very first moment of creating your business, and the importance of prioritisation.

Module 2
Building Your Brand


You'll learn how to structure your thinking and develop a strategic framework for your business. I’ll introduce you to something I call “Building the lines of your story” - a critical concept in thinking about how to build your business. We'll begin the sales and marketing plan, and discuss how you calculate your worth when you go it alone.

Module 3
Theory To Practice


We'll go deep into the creation of your sales and marketing plan. Topics include winning the pitch, active listening, and many others. Additionally, we’ll cover all of the marketing essentials you need to know to get started.

Module 4
Going Live And Staying Alive


In this, you'll learn about 'launch week' execution, surviving year 1, creating feedback loops, leveraging your network, and creating adjacent opportunities. Finally, I also share some of the lessons I've learned along the way.

I studied to be an executive coach at the world-renowned Henley Business School Centre for Coaching in the United Kingdom. I'm a qualified practitioner on PROPHET®, a psychometric tool for high-performing executive teams.

I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I'm working towards coaching accreditation with the ICF and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), which I expect to complete in the first half of 2022.

Before I was a coach, I spent 20 years in the corporate world. Most recently I was the COO at a digital marketing agency. Before that, a marketer in the video games industry at brands including Sony PlayStation and Sega, and for Telefónica marketing telecommunications products for O2 in the UK, Movistar in Spain and Latin America, and Vivo in Brazil.
